When kicking off your GSA club or collective this school year, there are a few important questions you and your club leaders may be asking yourself: How will your club leadership be organized? How will you make decisions together? What expectations might club members have of you? How are all members moving the club forward? This resource will help you answer these questions and more!

Read along with your GSA to decide which leadership structure makes sense for your club! Make sure to complete the Onboarding checklist and when it’s time, the End of Year Transition checklist, towards the end of the resource to set yourselves up for success!
